GREEN DRINK PROTOCOL
ONE DRINK: In using a Vitamix blender you will begin with 2 cups of distilled water and add 8 – 10 portions from the list of GREENS; 2 portions from the list of WEEDS; 4 portions from the list of HERBS; 3 – 4 portions from the list of FRUITS; 2 – 3 portions from the list of SEEDS; and 4 portions from the list of SPROUTS.
NOTE: Portions will vary by size according to taste, density of drink desired (should be thick) and size of leaves or fruit. A good starting point is a large handful. As an example it could be a whole or half banana depending on size of fruit or amount of other fruits. Experiment and vary the drinks enjoying them daily.
